To most of us this one line means Family, Friends, Food, a Christmas Tree and Presents! To others… nothing much… just another day. This year PG TOPS wants to change that for children throughout South Africa by joining Santa Shoebox Project (www.santashoebox.co.za) and we want you to help.
“Kidz2Kidz’s Santa Shoebox Project is an inspiring community initiative that co-ordinates the donation, collection and distribution of personalised gifts at Christmas time to underprivileged children; while at the same time helping parents teach their own children about the joys of giving.
Participating is a profoundly valuable and personal experience as the donor knows the name, age and gender of the child that he/she chooses to donate to and the name of the organisation that cares for the child.”
PG TOPS is committing to donating at least 10 boxes @ R200 per box this year at our cost. We will make up the boxes and buy the goodies that go into them (including toiletries, toys, sweets, school stationary etc). We want you to either register and donate a box or donate money through Paypal on our website (www.pgtops.com ) and we will donate more boxes on behalf of our clients. Any donation will be welcomed no matter how small, the more donations we get the more extra boxes we can make up.
